Terms and Conditions

By purchasing a ticket and/or attending a Paint Your Peach workshop or event, you agree to the following:

Eligibility:

-You confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.

Custom Portraits:

-You trust the artist to create a hand-drawn, one-dimensional portrait that captures your likeness as accurately as possible. However, exact millimetre precision is not guaranteed.

-You are responsible for following the instructions in the email to submit your photo. Failure to follow these instructions may result in receiving a generic portrait.

Workshop Content:

-Workshops may include adult themes, such as nudity and/or the service or consumption of alcohol.

-Attendance and participation are entirely voluntary.

Privacy and Responsibility:

-Paint Your Peach handles your sensitive photos with care but acknowledges that sharing photos electronically involves minimal risk.

You are responsible for:

-Checking your email for instructions on photo submission.

-Ensuring your photo is sent correctly and in the requested format.

-Confirming receipt of your photo. If you do not receive confirmation within 48 hours, contact Sab via email at sab@artbysab.com.au or Instagram @paintyourpeach

If no photo is received on time, a generic portrait will be provided.

Damaged or Missing Canvases:

-If a canvas is lost or damaged during transport due to Sab’s error, a replacement will be provided with all materials included in the mail.

Cancellations and Refunds:

-All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, except in the event of cancellation by the host due to a Force Majeure event.

-No rescheduling, exchanges, credits, or partial refunds are available.

Force Majeure:

-In the case of Force Majeure, the event may be postponed, rescheduled, or held in an alternative format. No compensation will be provided for any inclusions or entitlements impacted by such events.

Alcohol Service (if applicable):

-Responsible Service of Alcohol rules apply. The host reserves the right to refuse service or ask attendees to leave if necessary.

Liability Waiver:

-You unconditionally release and hold harmless Paint Your Peach, its employees, and agents from any claims arising from personal injury or damages connected to the event, whether caused by negligence, error, or otherwise.

Indemnity:

-You agree to indemnify Paint Your Peach and partners from any claims resulting from personal injury connected to the event or activities.
